Phone in room didn't work so each time we needed to request something we had to go down to the front desk. A/C in room was intermittent and didn't work all night. Requested from front desk twice after the fact, never came and made the bed or brought us new towels.

Was not informed you had to request your room to be cleaned/bed made, new towels etc and you had to do it the day before you wanted the service. Beds extremely uncomfortable, pillows even worse. Not even a candy/snack vending machine available anywhere in hotels or entire facility. I had to go to room/bed hungry because of grossly long waiting line at only open restaurant after 11pm. It took a while for video monitor crew to calculate the $365 dollar error and have it corrected. dealers constantly rushing game and at one point game had to be stopped for over 1/2hour because dealer shoved a large pot to wrong player. Spent most of my time in card room playing 5 card holdem. Attendant slow and make no effort to stop wannabe players from climbing all over seated players to make cash bets.

Only one attendant at cheaply made (Milton Bradley type cheap knock off of a real table)) roulette table. Tried again and ooops, they forgot to tell me and issue pass word to act.3 times in long line to make it work. Went back and they reprogrammed it saying my info was not entered correctly by attendant. No signs to identify which Choctaw hotel is which and no road signs requiring you to roam around looking for the right one. I did win a lot of money during overnight stay Dec 27,2023 BUT.
